If you believe we would be a good fit, our first step in navigating your journey will be booking a free consultation. This call is an exploratory 15-minutes for any questions, concerns, or curiosities you may have.
What to Expect
Some questions you can expect are what topics you want to explore, if you’ve attended counselling in the past and what you would benefit most from in your sessions.
Beginning 1:1 Counselling
After the initial consultation, we can schedule a 90-minute assessment. Throughout your assessment, we will discuss your needs and explore topics such as family history, lifestyle, addictions, mental and emotional health, spiritual or religious beliefs, relationship history and any other significant events to begin creating a holistic approach to our journey together.
Oftentimes our past informs our present and by learning more about your unique life experiences I can be of better service to you in our sessions.
After this initial 90-minute assessment, all sessions will be 60-minutes.
